This late afternoon after work I went to Airellis for a facial treatment. It was my second time and I took the same package as the first time. I took the 'Intensive Treatment Package' and 'Ultrasound'. Ultrasound is said to be able to reduce pore size and kill bacterias, and it was strongly recommended by the beautician because she said my face was turning from normal to acne type! Scary!
The facial treatment process was very soothing - I really loved the smell of their natural-herb products! It's refreshing and it gives the aromatherapy effect! I gotta say, I loved every single thing that the beautician did on my face - except when she pressed out my acne/blackhead! Dammit did it woke me up from my peaceful nap! But it was less painful compared to my previous facial experience; instead of using the conventional steam to heat up ur face and open up ur pores, they use this cooling oxygen mask that did just the same! The beautician applied this very thick and cool liquid on my face and then wrapped it with something that felt like a plastic.. About 10 to 15 minutes later, she started doing that horrible acne-pressing routine n after that, she put on another cooling and nice smelling cream on my face which soothes the pain a lot!After some face massaging she started the Ultrasound routine. This is a process where they use a hand-held machine and massage ur face with it. She did it on half my face first and then showed me the before-and-after difference! And I gotta say whoa! - it really shrunk the pores on my cheek n smoothed my skin!
Unfortunately, this first time did not deliver a great result, yes it did shrunk my pore, but the blemished area on my face became reddish right after the facial! I went to the carpark hoping I wouldn't bump into anyone I know! It was better the day after though and my skin looked smoother, however 2 days later there were a small number of breakouts. I assume the beautician didn't dig out my blemish thoroughly (she was being kind because I was trembling in pain lol!). But despite this, today, I went back to get another round of facial, since I understood the fact that it's not possible to have the most beautiful skin with only 1 try.. I went through the same relaxing and refreshing routine again, and this time the beautician convinced me to buy this RM110 Multi Repair Essence called MIYOME.
She explained that I need it to 'dry' the pimples on my face.. n I bought it because she said its users claimed that they see the result in 1 week!!! N yeah, I bought it for RM110 and boy was I shocked when I opened the palm-sized box!!!
The essence is only about my thumb size!!!! It better be a miracle cream or else I'll be really pissed! I'll start using it tonight n let's see if it really works hehe..
